# Rights and redistribution boundary

No blanket license applies to every part of Project Shadow or every linked release artifact.

## This Hugging Face surface

This Space is a technical card, evidence index, correction surface, and exact convenience mirror. Its `license: other` metadata reflects Project Shadow's mixed and path-scoped rights boundary. It does not relicense the mirrored archives.

## Myth-free R1.0.1

The R1.0.1 archive contains controlling licenses, notices, rights manifests, and path-level classifications. Eligible original software may be Apache-2.0. Eligible original documentation and machine-readable controls may be CC BY 4.0. Nested components preserve their attached terms. Packaging and publication do not flatten those boundaries.

## Generic Myth v0.2.0

Generic Myth v0.2.0 is authorized and published as a separate optional public companion. It is not part of, required by, or enabled by default in R1. Eligible original code is released under Apache-2.0; eligible original documentation and data are released under CC BY 4.0, subject to the package's controlling notices. Its public status does not reclassify or republish the private/internal v0.1.1 predecessor. The sidecar grants no operational authority and changes no R1 evidence, gate, or verification rule.

## Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5

Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 is authorized and published as a separate optional public companion. The complete package may be copied and redistributed unchanged, with every member and control file intact, only to the extent of rights Phillip Linstrum controls. That permission does not authorize a modified or partial package, third-party material, third-party marks, implied endorsement, or legal clearance. Separately scoped component permissions and all controlling package notices remain in force. The sidecar grants no operational authority and changes no R1 evidence, gate, or verification rule.

## Excluded material

This Space does not publish the private continuity bundle, successor handoff, historical source archives, source-provenance documents, site snapshots, stale launch drafts, unpublished candidates, the old private/internal Generic Myth v0.1.1 archive, or the unadmitted CIVITAS prototype.

No Project Shadow license grants trademark rights, third-party rights, endorsement, certification, safety, efficacy, production authority, operational-deployment authority, or a legal opinion.
