## What changed

v0.2.0 is a new public-status successor built from eligible original material. It does not rename, republish, or inherit the classification of the private/internal Generic Myth v0.1.1 package found in the preserved August 14 R1 predecessor.

Project Shadow R1.0.1 contains no Myth package and remains fully inspectable, verifiable, evaluable, and usable within its stated PRELIVE scope without this sidecar. The sidecar cannot supply evidence, authority, a gate result, a score, routing input, a tool argument, approval, or action.

Verification completed with 32/32 behavior tests, exact 23-path inventory validation, source and packed-archive checks, 11/11 adversarial mutation rejections, ZIP integrity, a rights scan, and two byte-identical deterministic builds.

The separate R1 packaging-boundary CAPA is **CLOSED_EFFECTIVE · 2026-08-18**. Exact GitHub and Hugging Face redownloads of this artifact and R1.0.1 matched their authorized identities and passed their bounded verifiers.
